This Sunday is Father’s Day. Let us celebrate the parental men of the world with some fantastic (and fantastically balanced) California wine and pork rillettes, shall we? We shall! Susan LaRossa from Wind Gap winery in Sonoma will be on hand pouring 5 wines. On the food front, we’ll have some quiche and a selection of rillettes from the boys at Salt’s Cure.
