Sunday Tasting, 6/10: Scholium Project

June 10th, 2:30PM sharp…Abe Schoener of Scholium Project will be on site and ready to pour and instruct!

Abe will guide us through four flights, each including a Scholium Project wine contrasted with a European selection, exploring different aspects of wine such as terroir, varietal characteristics, and cellar practices.

Wines to be poured include:

NV Larmandier-Bernier Rosé de Saignée
2010 Scholium Project Prince in His Caves
2006 Radikon Ribolla Gialla
2009 Scholium Project Gardens of Babylon

2007 Produttori dei Barbaresco
and several more…

 

Unlike our typical Sunday events, this will be conducted in a classroom format and will have a specific start-time. Please arrive at 2:15PM as Abe will begin the guided tasting at 2:30PM sharp.Additionally, this tasting will have an attendance cap and advance booking is required. A selection of cheeses will be accompany the 9 wines, and the cost is $25.
