2012 I Dolomitici ‘Perciso’

This red is made from an ancient grape varietal called ‘Lambrusco a folgia frastagliata’, which means ‘jagged leaf’. This varietal is deeply connected to the Trentino region and has nothing to do with the fizzy reds we know as Lambrusco. The wine is a lively, fruity red with a distinctive minerality.

NV Casa Coste Piane Prosecco

This sparkling wine is quite different from most Proseccos. It is made from extremely old hand-harvested vines and bottled unfiltered. You can expect some haze due to the yeast sediment left behind in the bottle. The wine is refreshing and complex.

2015 Occhipinti SP68 Bianco

A blend of Zibbibo (60%) and Albanello (40%) from our favorite Sicilian winemaker Arianna Occhipinti. The 15 days of skin contact gives this wine beautiful texture – a perfect seafood pairing wine.

2015 Occhipinti SP68 Rosso

A blend of Frappato (70%) and Nero d’Avola (30%). The dominance of Frappato makes the wine fresh and light. It’s a nice balance of bright tones and dark earthiness.
