We have a pretty awesome wine club at Domaine LA. If you don’t know, now you know! This is the lowdown:
- $50 per month – 2 to 3 bottles – 2 wings of the club: Gastronomist and Naturalist
- Ready for pick up or delivery (extra charge) on the 15th of every month
- Perk: only $1 for members to taste at the monthly club-centric Sunday tasting
Gastronomist- focusing on food-friendly wines inspired by the season, a recipe or style of food and how much we love them.
This month, we are featuring the delicious wines of Martian Ranch & Vineyard in Los Alamos, California. Their 2011 “Uforic” Albariño, 2011 “Down to Earth” Grenache Rosé and 2011 “Ground Control” Grenache Noir. Pair with a warm night and a picnic under the stars. Any UFO sightings purely coincidental.

Naturalist- wines made exclusively from biodynamically/organically/naturally grown fruit, fermented with native yeasts and with minimal to no sulfur additions. Can, at times, be for the more adventurous drinker.
We have another California winery in the spotlight this month that we think you should get to know- Wind Gap! We like them so much we are pouring 5 of their wines this Sunday at our weekly tasting. The picks for the club- 2009 Wind Gap Gap’s Crown Vineyard Chardonnay and 2011 Lucques North Coast Rosé.
